On Saturday, October 10th, at 6am, we updated VoiceScreener with a couple new enhancements.

The VoiceScreener help section has been greatly boosted by updated tutorials, broader topics, and visual images. Be sure to check it out if you require any assistance when using VoiceScreener.

We are working on creating screencast tutorials and how-to’s. If you have any requests (for example: how to create a campaign), please let us know by commenting here on the blog or shooting us an e-mail at support@voicescreener.com.

Also available in VoiceScreener are a handful of tweaks and enhancements to the interaction of some features. The Shortlist now has a smoother process of inviting reviewers. Creating a pre-qualifying question is now easier. And lastly, there are more avenues to access a candidate’s profile page.
