VoiceScreener Tip – Edition #3: Search

For those who are looking for a specific candidate or bit of information on VoiceScreener and can’t remember where to find the information we created a robust VoiceScreener Search tool.

The Search area can be accessed via a link at the top of any page. From there, you can search through four different items.

  • Candidates: Search for a first name, last name, or e-mail address.
  • Campaigns: Quickly scan through campaign titles.
  • Notes: Look through all existing candidate note fields.
  • Resumes: Hunt for a search term throughout all uploaded resumes.

The results we find will be immediately displayed back, with the matched words highlighted. You can jump off to view any items we find.

One tip we’ve seen is to use the Candidate Notes areas to tag users for search later on. For example, a candidate comes through VoiceScreener but simply wasn’t a good fit for your open sales position. She did have some great marketing qualities, however, and you know there will be an open marketing position in the next month. You could tag the notes field with something like “#marketing” so you can quickly find this candidate at a later date.
