On Tuesday, August 25th, the VoiceScreener team updated various parts of the application. Now included are:

Shortlist Enhancements

The Shortlist feature now provides better integration with resumes. When viewing an individual candidate, the external reviewer can download the candidate’s resume if it is available.

Better Resume Handling

You may now have the option of requiring a resume attachment for “Interview Now” candidates. Additionally, you may choose resume attachments for “Interview Now” candidates to be optional or completely removed from the experience.

Resume Search

When viewing the search page within your account, you may now choose to search candidate resumes as well. The results will be all matched phrases within and uploaded resume, and easy access to the rest of the matched candidate’s information.

Faster Speeds

Some slight upgrades to the hardware that makes VoiceScreener hum were committed to help you encounter a nicer browser experience.
